Questions people ask
Why does my rebate list differ from my neighbor in another city?
Rebates depend on the utility that sends your power bill. SCE, SDG&E, LADWP and city utilities such as Pasadena Water and Power each run their own programs, and some cities add their own. The finder uses your ZIP to find the city and its utility.
Where do the amounts come from?
Each amount is read from the program page linked in the result, checked in October 2026. Programs have budgets and rules and can pause or change, so confirm on the program page before you buy equipment.
Can I get a rebate after the work is done?
Often no. Several programs require approval, a permit or a pre-application before the work starts. Read the rules first, and keep the permit and final inspection records.
